The floating licenses are described here:
https://www.archigrafix.com/license-types
Currently the floating licenses are priced at the same price as a regular desktop license. To add the funnctionality that you mention we would have to raise the license prices and make them less available to our customers. The process of borrowing and returning licenses would then not be automatically any longer, what is a disadvantage for large companies.
We also offer desktop licenses with serial numbers to be used less dynamically should that fit better your requirements. The license can be moved to the computer that you require by unninstalling it and installing it in the computer that you need.
We are happy to assist you should you want to alter your license or upgrade the capacity.

Good day Archigrafix!
We're currently using Docuflow and just purchased a floating license for Reports. We estimated that users would use it maybe once a week if not less.
It's a great tool but Licencing is just not suited for Revit.
Would it be possible to add an extra function or toggle ON/OFF
To acquire license / relinquish ?
Kind regards,
Radas

Are there steps we can take convert it? I haven't yet given my license number. Should I email promo@archigrafix.com again or is there a better way to reach out?

Can I speak with someone about changing my floating license to a regular non-floating one? It does not suit the company's needs to wait for everyone else (20+ people) with the same public IP to shut down Revit for it to become available to me to use Reports. Thank you.

In My Licenses section of the customer area one can see the licenses usage per seat, including the computer name that is using each seat.

I've purchased a floating license to use within my department. Unfortunately, there are other Revit users in the company that might be using this license outside of the department because we all have the same public IP address. I'm still seeing "Invalid License" on my Archigrafix ribbon in Revit. Is there a way of telling who the license is assigned to?
If not, can I have my floating license changed to a regular single user license?
Thank you!

Once Revit is closed, Reports stops running and the borrowed license is returned.

How do your floating licenses work exactly? Let's say someone uses a license to export a schedule. What do they have to do to relinquish the license so others can use it? We are continually getting errors that the license is invalid.
