You can find it in:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Archigrafix\Docuflow

Inside that location please create a string with value: 9 and value date: your serial number.

You can check that configuration in the pcs that already have a serial number.

Hi!

Thank you for the question.

Floating licenses take precedence over the desktop licenses. We do that to speed up the process of deployment of floating licenses in large organizations.

There are 2 solutions:

1 - Change temporarily the IP address in your floating license, in the My Licenses section, to something else than your network. Then you will be asked for a serial number.

2 - Insert the serial number manually in the registry. We can provide you the key location or a .reg file that you can edit with the serial number and run on the computers.

We have recently purchased a number of perpetual licenses for Docuflow. Before that we already had 8 floating licenses.

Now when i install Docuflow there's no place to enter the product key. So i did a few installs and now everyone has a floating license.

Is there a way to enter the product key afterwards or a way to enter the key during installation even though floating licenses exist on the network?
