That was a temporary situation due to a server migration. The IP address was in fact not your public IP address but our previous server IP address. The situation is now been permanently solved on the authentication server side. On your side you may need to flush the DNS records in your Windows PC so that it points to the current authentication server.
Please run the following command in the command prompt:
ipconfig /flushdns

Hi
We cannot access our floating licenses. In the license dashboard is also marked a wrong external IP! This is not ours.
Please help, it's urgent.
