Yes, Bullzip is installed. One can either use Bullzip or PDF24. Each driver has slightly different features.

Do you also install Bullzip PDF as part of install?

The release 4.19 includes the latest version of the PDF24 driver. Other than that there are no changes that can affect fonts, as it it related with printing of DWF files. Do you mean that if you go back to 4.18 the font issues disapear?

Revit itself has several issues with fonts as documented here.

I just purchased and tested 4.18 prior to resolve issues Revit has on VDI prininting using Bluebeam. I squishes all the text like kerning it together.  I see you released 4.19 and installed it now Docuflow is making the Bluebeam issue even more extreme!
