Floating licenses take precedence over desktop licenses. We will adjust the installer so that it will give you the option to install a desktop license even though a floating license is available for your network. 

The imediate workaround is to momentarily change the main ip address of your floating license so that it becomes unavailable while you install the desktop license, and reset that ip address again once the installation is finished.

Recently we bought a couple Desktop Subscriptions to give to our employees.

Some of these employees were using a floating license and are now getting a regular license.

The users with a current active floating license need to be released from said floating license so I can give them a regular one.

How do I release them from the floating license seeing how there is not option to do so from the license page?
