Problem solved, our EDV Manager has an Update Tool Running!
Bullzip was also listed because of the "old" Version for Docuflow...
By the Way, Windows Defender Rule ASR also Report a Problem because of the Docuflow uninstall exe... no Signature und Modify Date from the installation, so the unistaller exe is blocked from an ASR (Attack-Surface-Reduction) Rule in Windows 10. Problem is only, when Docuflow will bei installed and uninstalladen after a (to) short time.
Thank you Support Team.

One should not install Bullzip manually. Docuflow will install bullzip if necessary durinf the setup.
If a later version of Bullzip is present it has to downgrade it as it msut work with a stable and know version of Bullzip.
If you can share your screen via teamviewer for instance we can look into that.

After a new Installation (Bullzip and Docuflow), it's fine for the first Revit Startup, now it wants to downgrade to 11.12.2816 again...

We cannot replicate that on our side. We install Docuflow and do not see the Bullzip upgrading. Please contact us by e-mail.

2 - Exit Revit
3 - Install Docuflow

What version of Bullzip do you have installed in your computer?
Perhaps something changed today with Bullzip that is making it upgrading automatically. We are not aware of that.
Can you please e-mail us to sales@archigrafix.com. We can do a teamviewer session with you and help out.
