Please download and install the version 6.20. We believe this code is more robust in stoping hanging behaviour. We look forard to your feedback.

The latest version of Docuflow has implemented the stop button in the progress bar that shall interrupt the process generally. We are going to look again to see if we missed something and avoid an hanging session and prevent data loss. We really do not like that either. 

 

Can you describe what kind of exports usually generate that? For instance does that involve exporting PDFs with raster mode, instead of vector. 

 

We start looking into that as soon as we have the steps to replicate it on our end.

Hi there, 

Myself and a number of colleauges are frequently experiencing Docuflow  (and subsequently Revit) freezing if an attempt is made to 'cancel' the ongoing export. The software does not recover itself and we are required to force close Revit. 

Can you please advise how to resolve this issue as it is currently resulting in lost time and risks loosing production information.
